Product Introduction:

The high-speed centrifugal purifier is a mobile device used to purify cutting fluid. Under the action of high-speed centrifugation, it can achieve pure physical high-precision oil liquid powder three-phase separation without using any chemical additives. It efficiently removes micron sized particles, bacteria, and floating oil without breaking the emulsion, resulting in high cleanliness purification of cutting fluid.

working principle

Using the principle of centrifugal separation, two different substances with different densities in the same centrifugal force field, due to their different densities and densities, generate a huge centrifugal force when the drum rotates at high speed. The substance with a higher density and the substance with a lower density move in the opposite direction to achieve separation.
